1. Please confirm the device is fully charged before use. This can take up to 8 hours.

   1. Turn off device Bluetooth and turn it back on to reset the connection.
   2. Ensure volume on the device is turned up and the scan has been started.
   3. Tap and hold the power button until the tiny blue light stops blinking.
   4. All lights should begin blinking in response to the frequencies being played.
   
   

   Under the Genius Navigation tab go to settings and ensure the audio output is set for stereo.

   Next as long as the device is actually connected via Bluetooth- please play this video file and confirm the lights flicker on and off when either the left or right channel is playing.
